Step into a day with Premier
Sun’s up, truck’s loaded, and your first stop is a new build where you’ll set equipment, run duct, and bring a brand‑new system to life. After lunch, you pivot to an add‑on replacement, swapping out aging equipment with a clean, efficient install. Before heading home, you handle a bit of light maintenance and service to keep a homeowner comfortable. That’s a typical day for our Residential HVAC Installation Technician & Service Mechanic at Premier.
What you’ll do- Install HVAC systems in new construction projects.
- Perform add‑on replacements in existing homes.
- Tackle light maintenance and service as needed.
- Work primarily in residential settings with occasional light commercial jobs.
- Some hands‑on experience in HVAC installation or service.
- A valid, clean driver’s license.
- Solid command of HVAC/R systems .
- Sharp mechanical troubleshooting ability.
