On Time Elite hire experienced Class A or B drivers to join our team in the entertainment industry . We provide custom-built artist trailers, wardrobe units, and production vehicles to high-profile events, including concerts, photoshoots, festivals, and more. With over 30 years of experience, weve served major events such as the Macy's Day Parade, New Year's Eve Ball Drop, and numerous ad campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
- Operate large, custom vehicles (training provided for specific units).
- Act as a discreet, reliable, and professional member of the client's crew or production team.
- Maintain a respectful, sociable demeanor with talent, crew, and clients.
- Adapt to various event types: photoshoots, concerts, festivals, and private events.
- Assist clients on-site with additional tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow strict load-in/load-out protocols and work closely with the booking and garage teams.
- Valid Class A or B License with Air Brake Endorsement (applications without this will not be considered).
- Experience driving large vehicles; familiarity with RVs is a plus but not required.
- Strong social etiquette ; must be polite, professional, and respectful at all times.

- Photos of your Drivers License (front and back) and a copy of your driving abstract must be submitted with your application.
- Punctuality : Many of our projects have early start times. Garage times can range from late evening (12 AM) to early morning (6 AM). It is essential that drivers arrive on time, as timely departure is critical for event setup.
- Dependability : Our clients and production teams rely on us to deliver. No-shows are unacceptable. Once a driver is assigned, they are expected to show up as scheduled.
- Technical Proficiency : Ability to operate and understand the technical aspects of custom-built vehicles. Training will be provided, but a basic understanding of vehicle operations is a plus.

- Hourly Rate : $25 per hour
- ** Base Rate : $300 - for 12 hours or less (*excludes drop offs & pickups)
- **Overtime: After 40 regular hours worked per week
