Responsibilities

• Provide technical and operational support for clinical quality programs within CQCI, including organizing meetings, maintaining departmental files, and supporting communication workflow.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, support departmental audits and inspections, and manage documentation for scientific misconduct investigations, inspections, and audits.
• Act as a key user for QA databases and software systems, generating reports and managing internal communication.
• Support onboarding, training activities, and facilitate communication within CQCI and with other departments.
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate meetings, teleconferences, and global events, including preparing agendas and materials.
• Assist with logistical arrangements for team trips, support Quality Review activities, and organize departmental supplies and equipment for new employees.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in a science or business area or 5 years’ experience in the pharma industry
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the pharma industry
• Experience working in cross-functional teams and in a global environment preferred
• Technical or administrative certification is a plus
• Proven successful administrative experience, industry knowledge, and experience working with diverse cultural groups
• Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment and handle confidential information with discretion
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Proficiency in intranet tools, digital communication tools, and PC software
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and reliability
• Flexibility and adaptability to changing environments
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
