We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Dental Assistant to join our clinical team. This role is central to our mission of providing exceptional patient care by offering expert chairside support, ensuring safety compliance, and contributing to efficient daily operations.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)

• Expert Chairside Assistance: Directly support the dentist in all procedures, including restorative, surgical, and preventative care.
• Radiography & Lab Work: Efficiently take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) and perform basic lab procedures (e.g., pouring models, taking impressions).
• Sterilization & Compliance: Prepare and sterilize instruments, equipment, and treatment rooms, adhering strictly to all OSHA, HIPAA, and CDC guidelines.
• Patient Education: Educate patients on post-operative care, oral hygiene, and treatment plans clearly and compassionately.
• Clinical Management: Manage and stock clinical inventory and assist with patient documentation/recordkeeping.

Required Qualifications (Must-Haves)

To be considered for this critical role, you must meet the following non-negotiable requirements:

• Active X-ray License/Certification
• Minimum 1+ years of direct, hands-on experience as a chairside Dental Assistant.
• Current CPR/BLS Certification.
• Strong knowledge of dental instruments, sterilization, and chairside assist techniques.
• High school diploma or GED.
