Front Counter Sales
:
Job Summary - Sells products and services to established and new clients. Establish new clients and identify new products to sell to clients. Meets customers when first entering the sales area and provides excellent customer service. The salesperson is responsible for answering customer queries, including walkups, phone, and email, and professionally resolving their queries to ensure maximum customer satisfaction. Working overtime and Saturdays may be required, pending business conditions.
General Accountabilities - Sells the company's products and services.
- Projects a warm, inviting, and trustworthy image to customers.
- Prepares bids and quotes.
- Assisting customers with queries and providing solutions quickly.
- Possessing excellent product knowledge to inform and increase sales.
- Following up on orders to prevent delays and customer frustration.
- Update the product inventory.
- Cleaning the customer area and putting the stock away during quiet times to ensure a neat appearance.
- Answer incoming sales phone calls (by 2nd ring)
- Answer all customer queries, concerns, and complaints in an expedient manner.
- Researches new product requests and writes orders.
- Negotiates pricing and availability with vendors.
- Greeting customers and taking orders.
- Processing payments.
- Processing and fulfilling orders.
- Maintain a professional manner at all times.
- Ensuring that each customer leaves the site satisfied.
- Meeting and maintaining sales goal of 1 million.

Job Qualifications - Minimum high school diploma (College degree preferred).
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
- 1-2 years of HVAC experience preferred.
