We are currently looking for a motivated Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team and improve the customer buying experience.

Job Details

• Salary: From $55,000 to $125,000 per year
• Job Type: Full Time
• Location: Vineland, NJ 08630

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate vehicles
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives
• Clearly explain vehicle features, financing options, and warranties
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Follow up with prospects via phone, email, and CRM tools
• Stay updated on current inventory and new vehicle features
• Work closely with management and finance teams to finalize sales
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
• Maintain regular and predictable attendance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent recommended but not required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer-service oriented mindset
• Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Valid driver’s license
