We are looking for a Part-Time Cashier/Host to be the friendly face of KÖY Grill. This role is essential in creating a great first impression for our guests, handling transactions efficiently, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth front-of-house operation. Responsibilities:
✅ Greet guests warmly and assist with seating arrangements
✅ Manage reservations using OpenTable to optimize table turnover
✅ Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments using Toast POS
✅ Take phone and online orders with accuracy and efficiency
✅ Answer customer inquiries about the menu and restaurant services
✅ Assist with maintaining cleanliness in the front area
✅ Coordinate takeout and delivery orders seamlessly
✅ Provide excellent customer service and ensure a positive guest experience Requirements:
???? Friendly and professional demeanor
???? Strong communication and customer service skills
???? Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
???? Basic math skills for handling transactions
???? Previous experience with OpenTable or Toast POS is a plus (training provided)
???? Must be reliable and punctual
