Job Description:
Lead and oversee the strategy, development, and management of a flagship SaaS product in the default servicing/property preservation space, balancing innovation, usability, and market expansion.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee the development and management of a key product line, ensuring features meet client needs and are well-documented.
• Contribute to a 3–7 year strategic roadmap, balancing short-term customer requirements with long-term product evolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align on product goals and progress.
• Address the needs of diverse client personas, ranging from small business users to enterprise clients, tailoring features to meet their specific requirements.

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 7–10 years of professional experience, including 5 years as a SaaS Product Manager, preferably in field service products.
  • Experience with field service software or work order management apps (e.g., Jobber, Kickserv, ServiceTitan, RazorSync).
  • Ability to quickly learn the product, industry, and customer needs.
  • Strong skills in developing requirements and detailed feature stories to guide development teams.
  • Proven experience creating products that balance enterprise-level customization with user-friendly features for smaller businesses.
  • Strategic thinking skills to design products that offer both flexibility and out-of-the-box usability.
  • High emotional intelligence and collaboration skills to align internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Priorities:
    1. Has worked with field service software/work order management apps.
    2. Strong soft skills: intelligent, agile, and highly high-functioning.
    3. A project, sales, or product professional highly motivated by transitioning into Product Management.
    4. Start-up mentality: thrives in loose structures, takes initiative, wears multiple hats, and runs with tasks independently.
