About the Opportunity:
Were seeking a Board-Eligible Child & Adolescent Psychiatrist to provide inpatient psychiatric care at a well-established behavioral health program in northern New Jersey. This is a weekday-only, no-call locum assignment treating youth ages 6 to 17 in a structured clinical setting with full interdisciplinary support.
Youll lead patient care independently while working alongside a highly trained team of residents, nurses, and social workers who support your day-to-day clinical efforts. The facility uses EPIC as its electronic medical record system, ensuring a streamlined workflow.
Assignment Highlights:
- Schedule: MondayFriday, 9:00 AM 5:00 PM
- Start Date: July 15, 2025
- End Date: December 2025
- Patient Population: Ages 617 (inpatient)
- Call Requirement: None
- Procedures: None required
- EMR: EPIC
- Support Staff: Residents, Nursing, and Social Work
- Solo attending role with full team support
Qualifications:
- Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
- Active NJ license or IMLC LOQ
- Comfortable working independently in an inpatient setting
- Strong team-oriented communication and a passion for youth psychiatry
