Planning & Reservations Support Consultant
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented Planning & Reservations Support Consultant to assist clients with coordinating detailed arrangements and maintaining smooth planning operations. This opportunity is ideal for candidates based in the Edison, New Jersey area who enjoy structured work, problem-solving, and delivering dependable support.
In this role, you will communicate with clients to understand schedules, preferences, and planning needs. You will research accommodations, transportation options, and scheduling details, then coordinate and confirm reservations with accuracy. You will also prepare organized itineraries and maintain detailed documentation to ensure all plans are properly managed.
This position emphasizes organization, communication, and follow-through rather than sales performance. You will help manage changes, provide timely updates, and ensure clients feel supported throughout the process.
