Admin Assistant
- Perform general office duties including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Prepare and maintain client and staff records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist with the Compliance, Recruiting and Nursing departments.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for both physical and electronic documents.
- Prepare and distribute reports, memos, and other documents as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and agency documentation requirements.
- Serve as the first point of contact for clients, caregivers, and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service.
- Address and resolve inquiries from clients and caregivers, escalating issues to the appropriate team members as necessary.
- Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that essential items are always in stock.
- Manage office equipment and arrange for maintenance and repairs as needed.
- Assist with troubleshooting basic IT issues and liaise with IT support as necessary.
- Ensure all data is entered accurately and maintained securely.
- Other duties assigned.
- Education and Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a healthcare or home care setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
