South Indian Catering Chef – Key Responsibilities
- -Plan and design authentic South Indian menus for events such as weddings, corporate functions, and private gatherings.
- -Prepare a variety of South Indian dishes including dosas, idlis, vadas, uttapams, biryanis, curries, chutneys, and sambar.
- -Manage large-scale (bulk) cooking while maintaining consistency in taste, texture, and presentation.
- -Operate and oversee live food stations such as dosa, appam, and live tawa counters.
