Our client is seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join their team! Ideal candidate will have proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Job Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including order processing, data entry, and document management.
- Interface with our Logistics team to facilitate smooth operations.
- Research and develop new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to prepare quotes, proposals, and contracts.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate product availability to customers.
- Assist in sales reporting and analysis, generating reports and insights for decision-making.
- Help plan and execute sales and marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of Microsoft including Word, Excel and Outlook
