Physician Assistant
Join our team in a flexible PRN role as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) conducting in-home Health Risk Assessments (HRAs) for Medicare Advantage members. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to enhance your income, work independently, and significantly contribute to patient care without the burdens of ongoing treatment responsibilities.

Your Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough in-home HRAs for Medicare Advantage patients
- Evaluate each patient's medical history, current medications, lifestyle, and essential social factors
- Conduct basic assessments for physical and mental health
- Provide preventive care education without the need for ongoing management
- Travel locally to patients within your county and nearby areas
What We Need From You:
- Current NP or PA license (excluding Pediatrics, PMHNP, and Women's Health specialties)
- Availability of at least eight (8) full 7.5-hour days each month
- Willingness to travel within a 60-minute radius of home
Additional Information:
- As a 1099 contractor, you may deduct $0.725/mile in 2026 (consult your tax advisor)
