Sales Associate

We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented salesperson to join our team at Kalyan Jewellers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for jewelry and a proven track record in retail sales. You will be crucial in delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide detailed information on jewelry pieces, including materials, pricing, and care instructions. Assist customers in making selections by understanding their needs and preferences. Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals. Upsell and cross-sell additional products to enhance customer purchases. Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, credit, and other payment methods. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Assist in arranging displays and replenishing stock as needed. Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or customer service is a plus. Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewelry or luxury goods sector. Proven track record of achieving sales targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Detail-oriented with good organizational skills. Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and other retail software.
