Busy Dealership in Union NJ is seeking a motivated office person to join their staff. ideal candidates are reliable, with a positive attitude, and looking to grow.

LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THE FOLLOWING EXPERIENCE

Job duties will include but are not limited to:

*Accounts Receivable/Payable's

*Posting Deals

*DMV/ Title Clerk

*Inventory

*Responsible for reconciling various statements

*Calculating sales commissions

*Maintain accounting schedules

*Research and resolve any errors or problems with the billing process

*All other duties, tasks, and/or projects as assigned

Requirements

*Automotive Experience

*Strong attention to detail

*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

*Communicate effectively in both written and oral format with all internal and external contacts

*Demonstrate dependability

Qualifications

*High School or equivalent (Preferred)

*Bookkeeping: 2 years (Preferred)
