In this exciting role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping them discover the fantastic benefits of switching to solar energy while scheduling appointments for our expert sales team.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Reaching out to prospective customers with enthusiasm, educating them about our solar solutions.
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team, ensuring a seamless transition for our clients.
- Engaging with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media.
- Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and following up when necessary.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve monthly targets while creating a supportive atmosphere.

Requirements
We’re Looking for Candidates Who:
- Possess excellent communication skills and a friendly, engaging demeanor.
- Have a passion for renewable energy and a desire to promote sustainable solutions.
- Bring previous experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting (preferred but not required).
- Are detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- Have a valid driver’s license and are open to traveling locally as needed.
