CPAM Global is a shared services organization providing centralized finance, accounting, HR, and operational support to multiple operating companies within project-based industries. Our focus is on consistency, accuracy, and scalable processes that support growth across our portfolio. We are expanding our Corporate team and are seeking a detail-oriented, motivated Executive Assistant to join our Corporate office in Warren, NJ . The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-Suite executives.

Essential Functions:
- Manage and prioritize the CEO’s complex calendar in alignment with business and leadership priorities
- Act as a gatekeeper to the CEO, handling internal and external communications with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO, Chief of Staff, internal teams, clients, and external partners
- Coordinate executive meetings, including scheduling, agendas, materials, and follow-ups
- Track and drive progress on key initiatives, action items, and leadership priorities
- Prepare presentations, reports, and briefing materials for executive meetings
- Draft and manage professional correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting
- Maintain strict confidentiality across all executive matters
- Supports special projects, cross-functional initiatives, and company events
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- 5–10+ years of experience supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands and manage a highly dynamic workload
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft and edit professional correspondence and executive-level materials
- High level of discretion, judgment, and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information
- Proven ability to operate independently, anticipate executive needs, and proactively resolve issues with minimal direction
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Experience coordinating leadership teams, executive meetings, and board-level materials
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to produce high-quality documents and presentations
- Experience in a professional services, engineering, or consulting environment preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Light to moderate lifting may be required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay Range: $80,000-$120,000 depending on level of experience
