Distribution Center Inventory Control Analyst

Aramsco is looking for someone who can turn a busy distribution floor into a model of accuracy and flow. If you’re energized by RF scans, clean data in a WMS, and spotless 5S zones, this is your arena.
Your mission
- Ensure inventory records mirror reality through hands-on counts, sharp investigation, and disciplined documentation.
- Keep product moving—from receiving through staging—so customer orders across the nation ship correctly and on time.
- Champion safety and quality, identifying issues before they reach a pallet or a truck.
How you’ll make it happen
Master the numbers
- Execute cycle counts and targeted audits to maintain high accuracy.
- Use the Warehouse Management System (WMS) to research and resolve discrepancies.
- Watch stock levels and escalate shortages, damages, mis-picks, or variances.
- Own labeling, barcoding, and location integrity.
- Support full physical inventories and help spread inventory best practices.
Own the flow
- Receive, inspect, and put away inbound restoration, cleaning, and industrial supplies with precision.
- Pick, pack, and stage outbound orders to meet Aramsco’s service level commitments.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, order pickers, and RF scanners—as certified—to work safely and efficiently.
- Assist with replenishment, slotting, and flow optimization.
Raise the bar every day
- Follow Aramsco safety policies, OSHA regulations, and DC procedures.
- Spot and report damaged, expired, or non-conforming items.
- Keep your area clean and organized using 5S or similar standards.
- Support continuous improvement to drive accuracy, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Schedule and pay
- First Shift: 6:30 am - 3:30 pm
- Pay Range: $22.00 - $24.00
