Quality Auto Tire & Truck of Bellem is looking for a skilled Certified Automotive Mechanic to join their team in Hillsborough, NJ! Responsibilities:

• Perform diagnostic testing and inspections on cars and trucks to identify mechanical issues
• Conduct routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks
• Repair and replace brakes, suspension components, steering systems, and drivetrain parts
• Service and replace tires, including mounting, balancing, and alignment
• Diagnose and repair engine, transmission, and electrical system issues
• Document all repair work, parts used, and labor accurately in service records
• Communicate vehicle findings and repair recommendations to service advisors and customers

Requirements:

• ASE Certification or equivalent automotive mechanic certification required
• Proven experience as an automotive mechanic working on both cars and trucks
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and automotive repair equipment
• Strong knowledge of brake systems, suspension, engines, and electrical components
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced shop environment
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented attitude
