Customer Service Call Center Operator

- Process incoming faxes and assist with processing mail.
- Process voicemails.
- Additional administrative downtime work as assigned.
Qualifications: - High School Diploma
- Bi-lingual a plus
- 2+ years of experience in customer service (phone, in-person, or call queue style)
- Background in claims, insurance, customer care, etc. Knowledge of medical terms preferable.
- Strong oral and written communication skills a must.
