Overview
We are seeking an experienced Roofing Field Supervisor to join our team. This position will ensure the smooth and efficient operations of our roofing production departments as field supervisor. You will be responsible for oversight of the roofing installation on residential projects.
The full-time position requires a flexible schedule and is for some who are motivated to work 40 hours weeks. If you are looking for a chance to expand your knowledge of roofing construction with a consistently growing business, we want to meet you!

Responsibilities
- Review scheduled projects to prepare for installation
- Make sure our roofing crews are installing the roof to our specifications / contract and make sure the job is protected from falling debris.
- Communicate with operating managers regularly and ensure they are properly lined up for the day / week.
- Do walkthroughs at beginning work with homeowners and during the installation and final inspections and satisfaction surveys with homeowners and upload documentation and pictures to our CRM.
- Pickup and Delivery of extra materials to suppliers as needed.
- Ensure site is clean of debris upon completion.
Qualifications
- Roofing Supervisory, construction industries experience Plus
- Procurement, Scheduling construction / roofing project experience plus
- Comfortable with Heights
- CDL License Plus
- Pulling a trailer experience plus.
- Spanish Speaking as a second language is a positive
