CIVIL SITE ENGINEER – CENTRAL NEW JERSEY

A well-established civil engineering firm in Central New Jersey is seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join their growing land development team. If you’re ready for exciting projects, strong mentorship, and a clear path to project management, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do:
• Design site layout, grading, stormwater management, utilities, and roadway improvements
• Prepare engineering plans, profiles, and reports for commercial, residential, and municipal projects
• Perform hydrologic & hydraulic calculations and prepare stormwater impact analyses
• Support permit applications with NJDEP, county, and municipal agencies
• Coordinate with planners, surveyors, architects, and contractors
• Participate in client meetings and help drive projects from concept to construction
What You Bring:
• 3-25 years of civil/site or land development design experience
• Proficiency in Civil 3D (Hydraflow/StormCAD a plus)
• Strong knowledge of grading, drainage, utilities, and stormwater regulations
• EIT preferred; PE track highly encouraged
• Strong communication and the ability to work independently and with a team
