Our client, a mission-driven PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) organization, is seeking an exceptional Director of Clinical Operations to help shape the future of integrated senior care.
This is an opportunity for a collaborative healthcare leader who believes that operational excellence, compassionate care, and empowered teams create extraordinary outcomes.
You'll partner with an experienced interdisciplinary leadership team to drive clinical excellence, inspire innovation, and ensure older adults receive the coordinated care they need to live safely and independently. Additionally, you'll have the support and mentorship required for your continued growth and professional development
We're looking for someone who:
- Leads with purpose and inspires high-performing teams.
- Has progressive clinical operations leadership experience in PACE, value-based care, senior services, home health, or integrated healthcare.
- Understands regulatory excellence while never losing sight of the patient experience.
