Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service to enhance customer experience and satisfaction. Demonstrate application techniques and provide make-up consultations tailored to clients' needs. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of Charlotte Tilbury products and the beauty industry to effectively promote and sell products. Achieve sales targets and contribute to team goals while fostering a positive shopping environment. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support store success. Manage inventory and restock products as needed to maintain an organized display. Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives to expand brand awareness and client engagement. Requirements Proven experience in retail or cosmetics sales, preferably in a beauty advisor role. Strong passion for beauty and cosmetics, with an understanding of current beauty trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain product displays and inventory. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making to enhance customer experiences.
