Landscape Team Leader

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a landscaping crew to complete projects efficiently and safely
- Organize jobsite setup, assign daily tasks, and ensure all work meets company standards
- Communicate with clients and managers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Track crew hours, materials used, and job progress for accurate reporting
- Enforce safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized worksite
- Train and mentor crew members to develop their skills and uphold company values
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience leading landscaping crews
- Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites
