The Account Relations Manager is responsible for cultivating and supporting Client Relations and the Sub-Contractors network for assigned territories. Provide support as needed for assigned clients and as needed to support growth of the territory. This position plays a critical role in servicing both our contractor partners and clients, through timely, accurate processing, strong organization, admin and communication.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate service needs for the clients and contractors through administrative support, phone calls, emails, and utilization of the workorder management process.
- Educate national contractor partners on our services, processes, and compliance requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Ensure contracted service requirements are being bet to exceed client expectations
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Help cultivate and build contractor network by researching potential subs and contacting them in needed service areas
