Pay Range: $19-20/hr | Tax Credit/Affordable Housing Experience Required

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
• Tour the community and apartment homes with prospects
• Accurately complete leasing paperwork and applications
• Assist with compliance for Tax Credit, HUD, or Bond housing programs
• Support marketing efforts and resident retention activities
• Perform general office duties such as answering phones, filing, and making coffee
• Collaborate with your property team to ensure daily success

What We're Looking For

• LIHTC/Tax Credit experience highly required
• 6+ months of leasing experience in multifamily housing
• Knowledge of Fair Housing laws is required
• Experience with property management software like Yardi, OneSite, or BlueMoon
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Reliable transportation and a professional work ethic
• Friendly, team-oriented, and detail-focused
