  • Promotes reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and reporting, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
  • Support change adoption, organizational readiness, and execution of key strategic initiatives.
  • Lead people enablement, culture, recognition, learning, and engagement programs.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts across HR, Finance, Transformation, and Business Management partners.
  • Support leadership objectives through structured follow-through, stakeholder alignment, and execution management.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Demonstrated proficiency in executive communications, governance, business planning, leadership support, and organizational initiatives.
  • Strong organizational and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, coordinate complex deliverables, and drive execution across competing demands.
  • Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
  • Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
  • Proven ability to develop executive-level materials, drive change adoption, support organizational initiatives, and translate complex information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Advanced stakeholder management and influencing skills, establishing trusted relationships and driving alignment across leadership, business, and partner organizations.
  • Lead the IPCS communications and engagement strategy, building effective channels, content, and stakeholder communications across IP, partner organizations, and Business Technology teams.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
