Your New Role

As a Residential HVAC Technician , you’ll be based in Westwood, NJ , and serve customers within a 20-mile radius. Here's what your day will look like:

• Complete 2–4 service calls daily. Diagnose, repair, and educate customers on system health

• Perform seasonal maintenance, safety checks, and system tune-ups

• Troubleshoot and replace HVAC components to ensure optimal performance

• Use ServiceTitan (bonus if you already know the system) to manage scheduling and invoicing

• Drive your company-provided vehicle, which you'll take home at the end of the day

• Deliver top-tier customer service with a focus on long-term solutions

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential HVAC experience

• Valid EPA certification

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Familiarity with ServiceTitan software preferred

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
