Our practice is seeking a highly qualified **Senior .Net Developer with Azure (Hybrid)** with experience in developing and building impactful, scalable, enterprise applications.

**Work model:**
We believe hybrid work is the way forward as we strive to provide flexibility wherever possible. Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in New Jersey, NJ. Regardless of your working arrangement, we are here to support a healthy work-life balance though our various wellbeing programs.

Responsibilities:
· Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core to meet business requirements in the Transportation & Logistics domain.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design implement and optimize SQL databases for efficient data storage and retrieval.
· Utilize Node JS to build scalable and efficient server-side applications that enhance system performance.
· Leverage Azure cloud services to deploy manage and monitor applications ensuring high availability and reliability.
· Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure software quality and functionality.
· Provide technical guidance and support to team members fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
· Engage in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality and maintainability.
· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously enhance technical skills and knowledge.
· Participate in requirement analysis and contribute to the design of software architecture that aligns with business goals.
· Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
· Document software designs technical specifications and user manuals to facilitate knowledge sharing and project continuity.
· Coordinate with stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate improvements into software solutions.
· Contribute to the company's purpose by developing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and impact society positively.
Qualifications
· Possess a strong understanding of ASP.NET Core Web API and .Net Core for developing robust applications.
· Demonstrate proficiency in SQL for designing and managing complex databases.
· Have hands-on experience with Node JS for building efficient server-side applications.
· Show expertise in utilizing Azure cloud services for application deployment and management.
· Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
· Maintain a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies and methodologies.
**Salary and Other Compensation:**

The annual salary for this position is between $65,447,- $117,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
