About the Role

The Club Host is responsible for the direct development and the maintaining of relationships with Club Guests.

Position Responsibilities

• Build brand awareness and expose the venue(s) to desired clientele, therefore increasing outlet revenue.
• Acts as the main ambassador of the venue(s), embracing and communicating the message of the property’s Nightlife/Daylife experiences and marketing all offerings to the targeted guest base.
• Actively manages the marketing efforts of the venue(s) by promoting through word of mouth, mass e-mails, text messages, phone calls, attending local networking events and consistently being involved and advertising on social media outlets.
• Actively supports, partners with and drives results of internal PR, Marking and Social Media teams.
• Welcomes all guests to the venue(s) professionally and according to the established sequence of service standards.
• Drives guest development and manages guest relationships by being present inside the venue at critical times, meeting guests and heightening their experience though interaction and engagement.

Essential Functions

• Exposure to casino related environmental factors including but not limited to secondhand smoke, excessive noise and hectic environments.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Must be able to stand, sit, bend and twist for an entire shift and be able to move throughout the casino/hotel areas
• Must be able to lift/pull up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work holidays, weekends and flexible shift hours
  

Requirements

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (Read, Write, Speak & Understand).
• 3-5 years of marketing experience in a lounge or nightclub setting preferred.
• Experience with social media marketing.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
