About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist lead teachers in implementing lesson plans and educational activities.
- Supervise and engage children in a safe, fun, and stimulating environment.
- Support the social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student progress.
- Help with daily classroom management and routine tasks.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive atmosphere for all students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working with children in a classroom setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Current CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
- Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements.
- Positive attitude and a nurturing demeanor towards children.
