Tax Director
Kforce's client, growing regional public accounting firm in Parsippany, NJ, seeks a Tax Director. This role reports to the Tax Partners. - Review of complex C corp., S corp. and partnership income tax returns
- Review of high net worth individual returns
- Research and draft memorandum involving tax matters
- Identify tax planning opportunities
- Train staff on new tax codes
- Create marketing materials for new tax codes
- Handle and resolve tax controversies
- Training and supervision of staff
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Accounting
- CPA is a must
- 12+ years of public accounting tax experience including tax return preparation and review, and tax law with ability to research
- Expected to have good communications skills and correspond both orally and in writing with clients and tax authorities
- Experience managing & mentoring staff
