**Position Overview**

We are seeking a highly organized, creative, and tech-savy **Senior Podcast & Social Media Virtual Assistant** to manage end-to-end podcast production and drive strategic social media growth. This role requires someone who can oversee podcast workflows, repurpose content effectively, manage audience engagement, and support brand visibility across multiple platforms.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in podcast management, content repurposing, short-form video strategy, and social media execution, with a proactive mindset and leadership-level accountability.

## **Key Responsibilities**

### 🎙 Podcast Management

* Oversee full podcast production workflow from recording to publishing
* Coordinate with editors, guests, and internal team members
* Write show notes, episode titles, descriptions, and SEO-optimized summaries
* Upload and schedule episodes across hosting platforms (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, etc.)
* Manage guest outreach, scheduling, and follow-ups
* Ensure deadlines and publishing calendar consistency

### 📱 Social Media Strategy & Execution

* Develop and implement content strategy aligned with podcast and brand goals
* Repurpose podcast episodes into reels, short clips, carousels, and quote graphics
* Create captions with strong hooks and CTAs
* Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts)
* Monitor analytics and provide performance reports with actionable insights
* Engage with audience (comments, DMs, community building)

### 📊 Growth & Optimization

* Track KPIs (downloads, reach, engagement, conversions)
* Recommend improvements to increase visibility and audience growth
* Assist in campaign launches and promotional pushes
* Stay updated with platform trends and algorithm changes

### 📁 Operations & Organization

* Maintain content calendar
* Organize media files and workflows
* Document SOPs and improve internal systems
* Coordinate across marketing and operations teams

## **Qualifications**

* 4+ years experience as a Podcast VA, Social Media Manager, or similar role
* Strong understanding of podcast publishing platforms
* Experience with content repurposing and short-form video strategy
* Proficiency in tools such as:
* Canva
* CapCut / Descript / Adobe tools, Riverside
* Meta Business Suite
* Later / Buffer / Hootsuite
* Google Workspace
* Trello / Asana / ClickUp
