Our New Jersey-based family law firm is growing, and we're looking to welcome two skilled Family Law Attorneys with established books of business to join our teams in Hackensack and Mount Laurel .

What You'll Do

• Handle all aspects of family law cases: divorce, custody, support, and property matters

• Draft legal pleadings, motions, and trial preparation documents

• Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court staff

• Support the firm's continued growth through top-tier client service and business development

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed attorney in NJ with an active book of business

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in family law

• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills

• Tech proficiency (Microsoft 365, SharePoint, CIS software); Spanish fluency is a plus

Flexibility & Location
Though we’re hiring for Hackensack and Mount Laurel, we understand commuting can be a challenge. We offer flexibility and are happy to consider candidates who prefer to work primarily from our Parsippany office.
