Resource Manager - Contract - Warren, NJ

Proclinical is seeking a Resource Manager to support resource planning and management activities within the pharmaceutical industry.

Primary Resp onsibilities:

The successful candidate will focus on ensuring accurate resource projections, maintaining data integrity, and providing insightful analysis to support project and program success.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong experience in data analysis and quality control.
• Proficiency in performing schedule and risk analyses.
• Familiarity with resource management systems and tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional tea

The Resource Manager's responsibilities will be:

• Collaborate with partner functions to verify study project and program assumptions, ensuring data accuracy and up-to-date resource projections.
• Update and maintain data in source systems used for resource demand forecasting.
• Conduct data analysis and quality control to ensure reliability and consistency.
• Perform program schedule and risk analyses to assess the feasibility of milestone dates.
• Generate "what-if" reporting analyses to evaluate potential scenarios and outcomes.
• Enter, maintain, and monitor resource capacity, allocation, and forecast data in the resource management system or tool.
