The Role You’ll Play
As a Data Engineer (Python Developer), you will design, build, and optimize scalable data solutions supporting a wide range of business needs. Apply strong knowledge of SQL tuning, indexing, stored procedures, and database internals.
Develop server-side Python applications leveraging concurrency (asyncio, multiprocessing, threading).
Utilize Numpy, Pandas, and core Python data structures to handle data transformations and internal computation workloads.
Develop and maintain APIs using REST, with strong hands-on experience in FastAPI.
Support communication frameworks including gRPC and socket-based protocols (plus).

Develop and maintain systems in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to gather requirements, ensure alignment, and enhance existing data processes.
Work iteratively within a dynamic environment, balancing quality, urgency, and completion of deliverables.
Background Profile:
The ideal candidate is a strong server-side engineer with deep Python experience, strong SQL/database fundamentals, and proven ability to build API-driven systems in a Linux-based environment. Success requires technical precision, self-management, and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical peers.
3–7 years of server-side development experience (degree-dependent).
Strong proficiency in Python, including intermediate-to-advanced concepts (concurrency, memory management, data structures, Numpy/Pandas).
Proficiency with Oracle PL/SQL, SQL tuning, indexes, views, stored procedures, and database optimization.
Experience developing REST APIs (FastAPI preferred).
Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, Artifactory.
Strong experience developing on RHEL; Unix shell scripting exposure.
Ability to work effectively in iterative, agile environments.
Strong communication and self-management skills.
