As a BDC Representative, you will respond to and communicate with our current and prospective sales customers via email and phone. Ideal candidates will be polished, professional, energetic, sales-minded, and customer-focused. You must be able get customers in the door while maintaining outstanding phone etiquette. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills and computer proficiency are essential skills. Dealership experience is a plus, but not required. BDC responsibilities include, but are not limited to:- Report to the Sales Managers regarding objective
- Has a desire to learn, positive attitude and driven attitude
- Assist customers with their vehicle inquiry and set appointments for the dealership sales team in order to grow sales
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Follow up with clients that were in communication with the dealership to ensure positive experience and receive feedback
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships
- Professional appearance, good communication skills, strong presentation skills
- Proficient computer and internet skills
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
