Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
- Active New Jersey physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
- Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
- Ability to manage caseloads typical of SNF environments, including post-acute care, transfers, gait training, and ADL-focused therapy.
- Demonstrated proficiency with documentation for SNF care, including Medicare and MDS-focused requirements preferred.
