Buyer II

Medical Manufacturing Technologies (MMT) is seeking an experienced  Buyer II  to join our Supply Chain team at our Pennsauken, NJ location. This role supports manufacturing operations by purchasing materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring on-time delivery to meet production and customer needs.

What You’ll Do

• Source and purchase materials to support production schedules
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors
• Prepare and manage RFQs, including working from drawings
• Negotiate pricing, delivery terms, and resolve supplier issues
• Track orders, schedule deliveries, and address shipping discrepancies
• Partner with warehouse, quality, and production teams to resolve inventory issues
• Manage non-conforming materials and vendor returns
• Support continuous improvement and cross-training initiatives

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma required
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or related field preferred
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of purchasing, inventory, and supply management processes
• Experience working with ERP systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage priorities and work independently
