What You'll Be Doing
-Lead estate planning and probate cases from start to finish.
-Draft wills, trusts, and legal documents with precision and expertise.
-Manage probate court filings, client communications, and deadlines.
-Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing clarity and support through legal processes.
-Oversee task tracking, follow-ups, and document organization to ensure smooth case progress.
-Communicate with clients, financial institutions, and courts with professionalism and confidence.

What You Bring
-5+ years of experience in estate planning, estate administration, and probate litigation.
-A self-starter who thrives in a small, collaborative law firm environment.
-Exceptional organizational and client communication skills—you make complex legal matters feel manageable.
-Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and legal case management software.
-Bilingual skills are preferred but not required.
-A passion for estate law and a client-focused approach, understanding that this work is more than just legal documents.
