Job Description: E-Commerce Marketplace Manager

Hydrapeak is seeking a highly motivated and experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Manager to oversee and grow our presence on leading third-party marketplaces, including Target Plus, Walmart Marketplace, and more . The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, digital merchandising, and marketplace strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of Hydrapeak’s storefronts on Target+, Walmart Marketplace , and other online retail platforms

• Create, optimize, and maintain high-converting product listings (images, copy, keywords, A+ content, etc.)

• Develop and execute promotional calendars and pricing strategies to drive sales and profitability

• Monitor and manage inventory levels, avoiding stockouts or overstock situations

• Analyze sales data and marketplace trends to identify growth opportunities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, creative) to ensure brand consistency and campaign alignment

• Monitor and maintain account health metrics and compliance with marketplace policies

• Oversee paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Walmart Sponsored Products) to maximize ROI

• Handle product onboarding processes and troubleshoot listing or platform issues

• Monitor customer reviews and performance metrics to improve CX and ratings

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces (Target+, Walmart Marketplace, Amazon, etc.)

• Strong understanding of digital merchandising, SEO, and marketplace algorithms

• Experience with tools of other listing/inventory management platforms

• Proven track record of driving marketplace revenue and maintaining excellent account health

• Highly analytical with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
