We are seeking a highly skilled Sage X3 Techno-Functional Consultant to support and enhance our ERP ecosystem. This individual will serve as a bridge between IT and business operations—leveraging both technical and functional expertise to design, configure, and support Sage X3 modules across finance, manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements, document business processes, and translate them into Sage X3 configurations and customizations.
• Configure Sage X3 modules (Finance, Distribution, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, etc.) to meet functional needs.
• Develop and support technical components including scripts, reports, integrations (via Web Services, APIs), and user interfaces.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues—both functional and technical.
• Manage upgrades, patches, and environment migrations ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Create user documentation, SOPs, and deliver training to end users and support teams.
• Partner with third-party vendors and internal IT teams to ensure system integrity and performance.
• Provide hands-on support during implementation, testing (UAT, regression), and go-live phases.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of Sage X3 implementation and support experience in a techno-functional role.
• Strong understanding of Sage X3 architecture, modules, and data model.
• Proficiency with Crystal Reports, SQL, and Sage X3 development tools (SAFE X3, 4GL, etc.).
• Experience with integration technologies—REST/SOAP APIs, EDI, or middleware tools.
• Functional expertise in Finance, Inventory, Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Sales workflows.
• Ability to write functional/technical design documents and conduct testing and training sessions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working within manufacturing, distribution, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Knowledge of Sage X3 version 12+ or recent cloud deployments.
• Exposure to Power BI, Excel integrations, or third-party add-ons for reporting and analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
