Senior FP&A Consultant
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Senior FP&A Consultant in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities:
- Senior FP&A Consultant will lead monthly forecasting and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with business objectives
- Deliver financial reporting and analytics, including variance analysis, performance tracking, and executive-ready insights
- Provide hands-on FP&A support with a strong emphasis on forecasting, budgeting, and detailed financial analysis
- Support global sales organizations, including revenue forecasting, pipeline analysis, and performance measurement
- As a Senior FP&A Consultant, you will partner with Marketing and Media teams to support spend planning, ROI analysis, and campaign performance tracking
- Contribute to strategy-driven, project-based, and ad hoc FP&A initiatives to support business decision-making
- Act as a trusted financial advisor to senior, client-facing stakeholders, translating financial data into clear business insights
- Extensive experience in FP&A, preferably in a consulting or highly matrixed environment
- Proven expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data into actionable recommendations
- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, and Media functions, ideally in a global context
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, reporting, and analytics tools
- Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior leadership
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in fast-paced environments
