  • Order Processing : Process customer orders efficiently and accurately. Use dealership software and systems to create invoices, track sales, and manage customer accounts.
  • Inventory Management : Assist with inventory management by tracking stock levels, restocking parts, and organizing the parts department to ensure that parts are readily accessible and well-maintained.
  • Returns and Exchanges : Handle returns and exchanges of parts and accessories in accordance with dealership policies and procedures. Ensure that returned items are inspected for quality and reentered into inventory as appropriate.
  • Payment Processing : Collect payments from customers for parts and accessories purchases. Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods according to dealership protocols.
  • Promotions and Upselling : Promote special sales, discounts, and promotions to retail customers to increase sales revenue. Identify opportunities for upselling or suggesting complementary accessories.
  • Documentation : Maintain accurate records of all customer transactions, including sales receipts, invoices, and order forms. Ensure that all paperwork is properly filed and archived.
  • Compliance and Safety : Adhere to safety regulations and dealership policies, particularly when handling hazardous materials or operating equipment such as forklifts.
  • Continuous Learning : Stay updated on industry trends, new Genesis models, and changes in parts and accessories technology through ongoing training and professional development.
  • Team Collaboration : Collaborate effectively with other dealership departments, such as the service department and sales team, to ensure seamless operations and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
