Home Care Sales Account Executive Location: Ridgewood, NJ 07450 Salary: $110,000–$120,000 base + strong commission potential Employment Type: Full-Time Join one of the most respected and fastest-growing home care providers in the Ridgewood area. We are seeking an experienced Home Care Sales Account Executive who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and families while driving business growth through meaningful partnerships. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other healthcare providers. Promote the organization’s home care services through strategic in-person sales visits, networking events, presentations, and community outreach. Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admissions goals by executing a structured and data-driven sales plan. Act as a liaison between referral sources and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients. Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends. Qualifications: Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, preferably within home care, home health, or hospice. Strong existing network within the local healthcare community. Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative teams. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required. Preferred but Not Required: Clinical background (RN, LPN, PT, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory. Experience with EMR systems or CRM software. Additional Information: This is a high-impact role with a competitive base salary and a generous commission structure.
