We are seeking an experienced Home Care Sales Account Executive who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of patients and families while driving business growth through meaningful partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage strong referral relationships with hospitals, physicians, rehabilitation centers, senior communities, and other healthcare providers.

• Promote the organization’s home care services through strategic in-person sales visits, networking events, presentations, and community outreach.

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly admissions goals by executing a structured and data-driven sales plan.

• Act as a liaison between referral sources and clinical teams to ensure a seamless and positive onboarding experience for new clients.

• Maintain accurate documentation in the CRM and provide regular reporting on sales performance and market trends.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in healthcare sales, preferably within home care, home health, or hospice.

• Strong existing network within the local healthcare community.

• Highly self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently in the field.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both clinical and administrative teams.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Preferred but Not Required:

• Clinical background (RN, LPN, PT, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.

• Experience with EMR systems or CRM software.
