We are looking to add an experienced estimator to our team. This position will be full-turn key estimating of hotels, restaurants, resorts, conference centers and other commercial properties. Thorough knowledge of MS Office products and OST takeoff software or similar is required. Complete understanding of construction documents including plans and specifications as well as conceptual estimating and negotiation is also required.

Responsibilities include presentation of proposals and interaction with owners, owners reps, architects, etc. Must be capable of taking the projects from pre-construction stage to project management turn-over. A degree in engineering or construction management or related field of study is required and a minimum of 10 years experience as an estimator in the hospitality, retail or restaurant estimating arenas.

Must have great attention to detail and time management skills. Candidates must be decisive and able to work quickly independently as well working closely with team members.
