Job Title: Lead Infrastructure Developer Data Center Networks

Work Location & Travel Information

• Locations: Jersey City, NJ; Columbus, OH; or Plano, TX
• Work Arrangement: On-site 5 days a week at one of the above locations.

Duration: 12 Months

Rate: $70-75/hr on W2

Role Overview
As a Lead Infrastructure Developer in Data Center Networks, you will design, develop, and deploy Infrastructure as Code (IaC) for complex network environments involving Cisco and Arista fabrics. This role emphasizes automation, requiring advanced skills in Ansible, Python, Django, Jenkins/Jules, and DevOps. You will be a key contributor in architecting scalable automation solutions, ensuring efficient and reliable code delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect and develop automation solutions using Ansible , Python , Django , Jenkins/Jules , and DevOps tools.
• Design and deploy Infrastructure as Code solutions for complex network environments with Cisco and Arista fabrics.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications, clearly articulating the business impact of changes.
• Build highly complex and resilient systems, ensuring scalability, performance, and fault tolerance.
• Design and implement application, data, and infrastructure architecture.
• Collaborate effectively in large, cross-functional teams to achieve organizational objectives.
• Implement best practices for large-scale Infrastructure as Code deployments.
• Develop Python-based GUI solutions using Django and Flask .
• Create and execute automated test cases using ROBOT Framework or BEHAVE .
• Use Bitbucket for version control and team collaboration.
• Work within intent-driven network development environments.
• Manage projects using Jira for task tracking, progress reporting, and agile workflows.
• Contribute to DevOps and CI/CD automation workflows for Infrastructure as Code delivery.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

• Education: BS/BE degree or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience in building highly complex and resilient systems.
• Proven expertise in Ansible , Python , Django , Jenkins/Jules , and DevOps automation workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of application, data, and infrastructure architecture disciplines.
• Strong background in large-scale IaC implementations within Cisco and Arista environments.
• Proficiency in one or more programming languages.
• Strong understanding of CI/CD processes and project delivery.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in large collaborative teams.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities & Skills

• 5+ years of product delivery or relevant domain expertise.
• Cisco and Arista network domain knowledge.
• Strong adaptability and technical versatility in coding.
• Experience in automation as a primary focus, with solid data center networking knowledge.
