At AcutePet Urgent Care, we’re building a new kind of veterinary urgent care - and it starts with the right team by our side. We’re expanding our team, and are looking for Client Care Representatives to help us build the warmth and trust that defines every AcutePet experience.

Each AcutePet location is built around what matters most: care, connection, and heart—and that’s where you come in. As a Client Care Representative, you set the tone for every visit—welcoming families, easing stress, and offering comfort and clarity in every situation. You’ll check clients in and out, manage phone calls and scheduling, handle electronic medical records with accuracy, and support communication between clients and the clinical team. Your compassion, professionalism, and attention to detail make a lasting impact on every pet and person who walks through our doors.

Founded by experienced DVMs, AcutePet is led by veterinary professionals who understand what it takes to support high-functioning teams and create sustainable, well-run hospitals. With guidance from our Chief Medical Officer, a board-certified criticalist, and a network of Managing Veterinarians and Practice Managers, we equip our teams to deliver exceptional, emergency-level care in an urgent care setting, with the confidence that comes from trusted leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a client-facing or customer service role (veterinary, medical, or hospitality preferred)

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to manage phones, schedules, and client interactions with professionalism and empathy

• Comfort using computers and electronic medical records systems (training provided)

• Attention to detail, especially when handling client information and payments

• A calm, kind presence—even when things get busy

• Availability for evening or weekend shifts as needed
